2019 is officially behind us and February of 2020 is already here. Last year was a remarkable year for Tampa and it’s surrounding areas in so many different areas. More than 51,000 people moved into the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater metropolitan area last year, earning the ninth spot on the Census's Top 10 Metropolitan Areas in numeric growth. The growth

was completely driven by new arrivals. There are

many reasons why Tampa has so many newcomers

and St. Petersburg among the six most affordable big cities in Florida. It’s not just the low cost of living that attracts people to the area but also great weather, culture, job market and array of activities that the area has to offer.
